Part C of the RfP, Project Management and Coordination, “Contract Management: Experts manage contracts with Contractors, Suppliers and other Stakeholders.” – Does this refer to only during the design phase? Or does it also refer to the tender and construction phase? 2. “Evidence of Registration with Kogi State Revenue Service, Kogi State Bureau for Public Procurement, Kogi State Ministry of Commerce and Industry and Kogi State Ministry of Transportation.” – As we are an International entity, Will the bid be disregarded if we do not submit this at the time of the bid deadline? Or would it be acceptable to start the process of registration and produce the evidence at a later stage? 3. May we request an extension of the deadline to 25 April 2025? | |||
