COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested companies are to collect the standard Expression of Interest (EOI) Form from the procurement department in room 217 Ministry of Water Resources Lokoja, Kogi State upon presentation of evidence of payment of a non – refundable tender fee of N25, 000.00 paid in favour of the Kogi State Government account in any commercial bank for invitation to tender only. SUBMISSION OF THE TENDER DOCUMENTS A. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) · Interested Firms should submit two (2) bound EOI documents duly signed. SUBMISSION DEADLINE · All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked (proposal for consultancy services) and addressed to the office of the Honourable Commissioner, Ministry of Water Resources, Lokoja – Kogi State, And Kogi State Bureau of Public Procurement E-Procurement platform (eproc.bpp.kg.gov.ng) on or before 12.00pm, 12th February, 2026.
